Why no fixed prices? Because scope genuinely changes the cost, and a number that has to be walked back later helps nobody. Tell us what you need and you will get a firm figure against a written scope, usually within two working days.

Most of our work is scoped individually. If you need one service rather than a package, have an unusual requirement, or are working to a fixed budget you want spent well, tell us the situation and we will put together a specific proposal — or tell you honestly if we are not the right fit.
How pricing works here
- Prices depend on scope. A five-page website and a forty-page website are different projects, and a store with 30 products is not a store with 3,000. We quote after we understand what you actually need.
- Advertising budget is always separate from management fees and is paid by you directly to Meta. We never mark up ad spend.
- Project work such as a website, CRM implementation or AI agent can be bought on its own, without a retainer.
- Ongoing services carry a three-month initial term because that is the shortest period over which results can be judged fairly. After that it is month to month with 30 days notice.
- You own every asset we create or configure: website, hosting, ad accounts, pixel, CRM data and content.

Project work — websites, CRM implementations, AI agents, Shopify builds — is quoted as a fixed price against a written scope. Ongoing work such as SEO, ads management and support runs as a monthly retainer. Ad spend is always separate from management fees and is paid by you directly to the platform.
Project work is typically split across milestones, starting with a deposit to begin and the balance on completion. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. We will confirm the exact schedule in your proposal before any work starts.
For SEO and ads management we ask for an initial three months. That is not a lock-in tactic — it is the shortest period over which the work can be judged fairly, because both take time to gather data and compound. After that it is month to month with 30 days notice.
Give us 30 days notice and we will complete the current month, hand over everything, and remove our access. You keep your website, ad account, pixel, CRM data, content and reporting. We do not hold client assets hostage, and any agency that does should worry you.
We do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volumes or return on ad spend, because those depend on factors including your pricing, offer and market that we do not control — and anyone guaranteeing them is either misleading you or planning to game a metric. What we guarantee is the scope of work delivered as written. If we fail to deliver something we committed to, we fix it or refund that portion.
