Broader map pack and organic gains usually build over three to six months, depending on how competitive your category is and how much cleanup your existing listings need. Anyone promising map pack rankings in a week is guessing.
Yes. Google requires a real address where you meet customers, or a defined service area if you travel to them. We can set up a service-area business correctly so it ranks without displaying your home address publicly, but a virtual office or a shared mailbox will get the listing suspended.
Map pack results are proximity-weighted, so no business ranks everywhere. What we can realistically do is widen the radius where you appear, and rank your website organically for city-wide searches such as "dental clinic in Rawalpindi" — which is where the higher-intent traffic outside your immediate area comes from.
