Shopify Development & SEO
A Shopify store that loads fast, ranks for what you sell, and converts more of the traffic you already pay for.
In short
Shopify stores built to load fast, rank on product searches and convert more of the traffic you have.
- Service area
- Rawalpindi & Islamabad · across Pakistan · remote worldwide
- Deliverables
- 8 defined items, agreed in writing before we start
The problem
Traffic is not the problem. What happens after the click is.
Most struggling Shopify stores share the same profile. The theme carries six apps that each inject their own scripts, so the product page takes five seconds to become usable on mobile. Collection pages have no descriptive content, so they rank for nothing. Product titles read "Item #4471 — Blue" instead of what a customer would actually search for.
Then the store owner buys more traffic to compensate, which multiplies the cost of every problem instead of fixing any of them.
E-commerce rewards compounding fixes. A second off load time, a clearer product page, a collection page that ranks organically, one less step at checkout — individually small, together the difference between a store that survives on ad spend and one that grows without it.
What's included
Exactly what Shopify Development & SEO covers.
Concrete deliverables, not adjectives. Every item below is agreed in the written scope before work starts.
Shopify store build and setup
Full store configuration: products, variants, collections, payment gateways available in Pakistan, shipping zones and rates, taxes, notification emails and policy pages. Set up properly the first time.
Theme customization and custom sections
Liquid development on a fast base theme, with the sections your store actually needs — comparison blocks, size guides, bundles, trust and delivery information — built natively instead of bolted on through another app.
Product and collection page SEO
Keyword research against real product search behaviour, rewritten titles and meta descriptions, unique product descriptions built around buyer questions, and genuine content on collection pages so they can rank as category landing pages.
Technical e-commerce SEO
Product and breadcrumb structured data, canonical handling for variants and duplicate collection URLs, pagination, image alt text, internal linking between related products, XML sitemap review and index bloat cleanup.
Speed optimization
App audit and removal of what is not earning its load time, script deferral, image compression and correct sizing, lazy loading, font optimization and Liquid cleanup — measured on mobile, where your customers actually are.
Conversion rate optimization
Product page hierarchy, review display, urgency and stock signals used honestly, a shorter cart-to-checkout path, abandoned cart recovery over email and WhatsApp, and upsells that do not interrupt the purchase.
Migration to Shopify
Moving from WooCommerce, Wix or a custom platform with products, customers, orders and — critically — a full 301 redirect map so you keep the rankings you already earned.
Analytics and tracking
GA4 e-commerce events, Meta pixel with Conversions API, and Search Console configured so you can see revenue by channel, landing page and product rather than guessing.
How it runs
Our Shopify Development & SEO process
Each stage has a defined output, so you always know what has been done and what comes next.
Store and search audit
We measure real mobile load times, audit installed apps for their cost in speed, review your product and collection structure against how people search, and check the technical SEO basics.
Fix the foundations
Speed work and technical SEO first, because everything downstream is limited by them. This is usually where the fastest measurable gains come from.
Content and conversion work
Product and collection pages rewritten for search and for buyers, page structure improved, and the checkout path tightened.
Measure and iterate
Monthly reporting on organic sessions, keyword positions, conversion rate and revenue per visitor, with the next round of changes prioritised by expected impact.
What you should expect
- A store that becomes usable in under three seconds on a mobile connection
- Collection and product pages that earn organic traffic instead of relying entirely on ads
- A higher conversion rate on the traffic you are already paying for
- Lower blended acquisition cost as organic revenue grows
- Clear visibility into which products and channels actually generate profit
Who this is for
- Pakistani brands selling online who depend too heavily on paid traffic
- Stores with decent traffic and a conversion rate that does not match it
- Businesses moving to Shopify from WooCommerce, Wix or a custom cart
- Established stores that have accumulated apps, scripts and speed problems over the years
Not sure this is your bottleneck? Take the free audit and we will tell you where your customers are actually being lost.
Questions
Shopify Development & SEO questions we get asked
Straight answers, including the ones that are not in our commercial interest.
In most cases we fix what you have. A speed and SEO overhaul on an existing store is faster and cheaper than starting over, and you keep the rankings and reviews you have already built. We recommend a rebuild only when the theme is so heavily modified or outdated that fixing it costs more than replacing it, and we will show you the reasoning before you decide.
Usually apps. Every app injects scripts that load on every page, whether that page uses the app or not. Add oversized images, a heavy theme and multiple tracking pixels, and mobile load time doubles. Our audit shows exactly what each app costs you in load time so you can decide what stays.
Both, but they do different jobs. Ads buy immediate, controllable traffic that stops the moment you stop paying. SEO takes three to six months to build and then delivers traffic at close to zero marginal cost. Stores that survive long term usually run ads for volume while building organic to bring the blended acquisition cost down.
Not with a proper redirect map. Every old URL is mapped to its new equivalent with a 301 redirect, page content and titles are preserved, and we monitor Search Console for weeks after launch to catch anything that slipped. Traffic loss after a migration is almost always a skipped redirect map, not the platform.
Yes. We configure the gateways available locally, cash on delivery workflows, shipping zones and rates by city, and courier integration — plus the order and delivery notification emails that reduce the volume of "where is my order" messages your team has to answer.

What usually pairs with this.
These services compound. Traffic without follow-up leaks; follow-up without traffic idles.
