Privacy Policy
How we handle your information. Last updated 30 August 2026.
This policy explains what personal information Refine Core Marketing collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It is written to be read rather than to be impenetrable. If anything here is unclear, email info@refinecore.pk and we will explain it plainly.
Who we are
Refine Core Marketing is a digital marketing agency based at House 177, Janjua, Sarwar Road, near Shell Petrol Station, Saddar, Rawalpindi, 46000, Pakistan. You can contact us on 0340 8279517 or at info@refinecore.pk.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and to do the work you hire us for.
- Information you give us in a form. Your name, business name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, website address, and whatever you write in the message field. On the audit form we also collect the service you are interested in and your main goal.
- Information from direct contact. If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we keep that correspondence so we have a record of what was discussed.
- Client working data. If you become a client, we hold what is needed to do the work — access to accounts you grant us, business information you share, and performance data from your website and advertising.
- Website analytics. Through Google Analytics 4: pages visited, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, referring source, and which links are clicked. This is reported to us in aggregate and is not used to identify you individually.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote or an audit
- To deliver the services you have engaged us for
- To send you reports and updates about work in progress
- To send invoices and keep proper business records
- To understand how this website is used so we can improve it
We do not add you to a marketing list because you contacted us. If we ever start a newsletter, you will have to ask for it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. We share it only in these situations:
- Service providers we use to run the business. Form handling, email, hosting, analytics, and project or CRM tools. These providers process the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
- Platforms you have asked us to work in. For example, your Google, Meta or Shopify accounts — where we act with the access you grant us.
- Where the law requires it. If we are legally obliged to disclose information, we will.
Forms on this website
The contact and audit forms are handled by a third-party form service, which receives your submission and passes it to us by email. Your submission is transmitted over an encrypted connection. We use a hidden anti-spam field, which is why you may occasionally see an error if browser automation fills forms on your behalf.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use it — which pages are read, how people arrive, and which links get clicked. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to recognise a returning visit and to measure sessions.
We use it to improve the site, not to identify you. We have not enabled Google Signals, advertising personalisation or cross-device tracking, and we do not use the data to build advertising audiences. Google processes this information on our behalf under its own terms; you can read them at policies.google.com/privacy.
You can opt out at any time by using your browser’s cookie controls, browsing in private mode, or installing Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on. Blocking it does not affect how the site works.
We also use Google Search Console, which reports on how the site appears in search results and sets no cookies on your browser. The embedded Google Map on our contact page is served by Google and is subject to Google’s own privacy terms.
This site sets no advertising or retargeting pixels of its own. If we later add one — for example to measure our own campaigns — this policy will be updated first.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to two years, in case you come back to us. Client records are kept for the duration of our work together and for as long afterwards as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
How we protect it
Access to client information is limited to the people working on your account. Accounts are protected with strong, unique passwords and two-factor authentication where the platform supports it. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not keep information we do not need, which is the most effective protection available.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it
- Stop contacting you
Email info@refinecore.pk and we will respond within a reasonable period, normally within 30 days.
Children
This website and our services are aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Links to other sites
Our site links to third-party websites, including WhatsApp, Google Maps and social platforms. Once you leave this site, their privacy policies apply rather than ours.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes affecting existing clients will be communicated directly.
